• Performing HR full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, etc
• Ensure proper updating of employees’ P-files.
• Keep track of staff attendance and update leave records
• Process monthly payroll, claim expenses, and other Government related matters (e.g., CPF/IRAS submissions, employees’ income tax filing, NS claims)
• Responsible for work pass applications,renewals, cancellations, and security bond
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, birthday, promotion, salary increment, bonuses, and acceptance of resignation.
• Follow up with probationary employees’ respective department heads to gather feedback and input for the performance appraisal.
• Ensure Employee Handbook follows employment laws and regulations by staying up to date with changes and assisting in policy development.
• Attend to employees’ enquiries on welfare, benefits, and other HR related matters.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR function and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Director

B) Admin:

• Pantry and office supplies management
• Submission of product registrations (Certificate Free Sale)
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Director

Main Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
• Diploma preferably in Human Resources or related field
• Fresh Graduates with a major in HR are most welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
• General administrative works.
• Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks’ time.
• Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
• Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
• Responsible in maintain stock record.
• All other Adhoc works as instructed by the Superior.

Job Description

As an instrumental member of our HR team, you will support the full spectrum of HR generalist functions, business partnering and payroll. Your role will encompass a range of duties including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects and assist with the implementation of HR initiatives to support the business unit's growth (e.g. HRIS Workday).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, liaise with recruiters and employment contract preparation.
• Manage employees’ full life cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding, including updating employees’ records into HRIS system (Workday), administer work pass (S Pass/EP/dependant pass etc) application, renewal, cancellation and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues and other government agencies as required and conducting exit interviews.
• Process/review in-house payroll and its related activities (e.g. income tax returns and CPF submission).
• Ensure timely submissions of all government related claim matters (e.g. NS Make up claims and government paid leave claims).
• Provide support on the annual review exercises including performance review, annual budget, salary review/bonus exercises etc.
• Work closely with Regional HR to facilitate and provide support for internal/global mobility, adhering to regional mobility policy.
• Support HR department in implementing and monitoring of all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organise employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the provision of HR reports and government surveys submission.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 year of HR generalist experience.
• Proficient in MS Office application especially MS Excel and knowledge in TimeSoft/Workday is advantageous.
• In-house payroll processing experience (full cycle including the tax returns).
• Resourceful, meticulous, good team player with a “can do” attitude
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a keen eye for detail.
