1-Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP
2- Ensure legal compliance in all human resource regulations
3- Process Monthly Employee Payroll
4- Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
5- Manage staff / workers attendance records and leave balances.
6- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.
7- Coordinate with the director on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
8- Monitor company insurance, vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc. 9- Responsible office administration such as pantry supplies, staff/ workers uniforms, stationery, office equipment and etc.
10- Liaise with company Account, auditor and relevant authorities for company related matters;
11- Keep properly all the necessary documents for audit.
12- Prepare Invoice for construction contracts,etc.
13- Prepare necessary documents for new jobsite.
14 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
