SUMMARY:

With strong understanding of the business, work closely with the business leaders to formulate and develop HR strategies, employee communication and implementation of HR programs/initiatives within the company’s code of conduct and organizational direction. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Bachelor’s degree is required. Post graduate qualification in Human Resources and related fields is a plus

· At least 8 years’ experience as HR Professional/Business partner role with proven experience

· Proven track record of responsibility and delivery of excellent HR business partnering

· Excellent communication skills that support building strong partnerships, appropriate influence, and portraying an objective and defensible position on situations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to manage and expand our business across the APAC region. This role will require a balance of 50% farming (managing and growing existing accounts) and 50% hunting (developing new business opportunities).
