Main responsibilities:

• Meet potential clients with Business Development Managers to enquire and understand clients’ needs
• Work closely with project and operation teams and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of the project and excellent quality of work done
• Be the point of contact between the company and clients, obtain client’s feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments, etc.
• Arrange submission of plans to relevant authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work
• Co-ordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule and quotations to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients
• Provide technical advice to ensure M&E installation comply with construction drawing and relevant authorities’ requirement and check on cost estimation.
• Assist to monitor on M&E installation services such as ACMV, AVS system, Electrical, Plumbing and installation progress.
• Attend M&E coordination meeting for safety & finishing work

Requirements

• Min 5 years’ experience in corporate office interior design & build project management. M&E knowledge and experience are a must. Applicants with PMP Certification have an added advantage.
• Recognized qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to interpret architectural plans and familiar with building and safety regulations
• Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight timelines
• Excellent project, presentation, leadership and people management skills
• Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure products meet the company’s quality standards
• Implement strategies for continual improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and product quality
• Coordinate with other departments to identify and resolve manufacturing problems or bottlenecks
• Adhere to industry, company, and safety standards and regulations
• Ensuring that company policies are followed by all employees.
• Attending industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the business.
• Direct recruitment, training, and development strategies for all manufacturing staff
• Communicate with other departments, such as the financial department to establish budgets, HR department to hire new workers, or the logistics department to ensure the delivery of products.

Senior Project Manager (6 Months Renewable Contract)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Senior Project Manager to lead a critical tech delivery program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in agile delivery, managing large, distributed teams, and handling complex multi-vendor integration programs. This role requires someone who can coordinate across global teams and work within established operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver a tech program with a budget exceeding $2-3 million.
• Coordinate efforts between 10 teams across different geographies.
• Oversee a team of 35+ full-time employees (FTEs) in a distributed environment.
• Manage dependencies and ensure smooth communication across teams and executives.
• Handle multi-vendor engagements, ensuring integration and delivery meet project requirements.
• Plan, unite teams, and navigate program risks and challenges.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in program management and tech delivery projects.
• Agile delivery experience is essential.
• Bonus: Experience in the e-commerce, telecommunications, or device protection/management industries.
• Specific experience in mobile insurance or consumer insurance sectors is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage both upwards (executive level) and downwards (team level).
• Experience working across global teams, particularly in diverse regions.
