Job Duties

Responsible to ensure that operations and business requirements for core banking related initiatives are documented at the early stage of project delivery. Participate actively in requirement analysis and documentation review to better understand and clearly document business and operations requirement for core banking related initiatives.

Define test plan including test objectives, entry and exit criteria for UAT and test design including end to end system workflows. Engage and walkthrough test plan and designs with team to ensure UAT preparation and execution can be performed smoothly. Provide on-going support & guidance in requirement clarifications, test scripts and result reviews and defect reviews during UAT execution. Job Description

Leadership and Management:

• Oversee the entire service department, including technicians, engineers, and support staff. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure that service operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department
• Responsible for managing and sourcing maintenance contracts.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting tenders and quotations for maintenance services and related works.

Involve in one or more teams working in normal hour in managing and coordinating multiple vendors in a large scale communications projects based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

Key Responsibilities

• Support events project team including conferences, exhibitions, virtual events and other ad hoc meetings.
