Job Purpose

• Responsible for all movement and distribution of pharmaceutical products at Singapore site.
• Reports to the SCM Head based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Developing logistics strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Coordinating transportation: Responsible for coordinating the transportation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, and ensuring that products are transported in appropriate conditions.
• Analysing data: Responsible for analysing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings, while ensuring that data is handled in compliance with GDP.

Job Description:

Customer Order Fulfillment

a. Guiding and managing customer sales order, sales with CFRs and monitoring shipping documentation by using SAP and MS Office programs.

b. Provides order fulfillment support including receiving and processing purchase orders and issuing appropriate sales documents.

c. Initiate customer complaint process and monitor with the sales team.
