Forms part of the software development team responsible for the development and maintenance of in-house software and applications. This will drive strategic initiatives for improved business performance and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Analyse, design, development, testing and support of application software systems (in-house developed and off the rack software)

· Ongoing initiatives and proposal for new enhancement projects

· Analyse previous source codes, diagnose defects in applications and fix problems

· Develop user documentation and proper version control and technical documentation of the developed application

· Acceptance testing, including software fault diagnostic and resolution

· Create necessary bug fixes and integrate new enhancements into existing software architecture

· Prepare systems documentations (not limited to meeting minutes, technical documents and user manuals)

· Perform regular Database Administration tasks, Database improvements and support.

· End user support

· Support production system commissioning, server hardening and follow up on vulnerabilities identified during audit reviews and day to day reports by users or stakeholders

· Work with respective system stakeholders on UNIX/system enhancements and improvements on IT operation stability

· To handle other ad-hoc assignments required by the Management from time to time

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

· At least 2-4 years of programming experience using Java or Object-Oriented technologies

· Good communication skills

· Experience in J2EE, JSP, Servlets, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON

· Knowledge in NodeJS will have an added advantage

· Develop web client / server type software based on Tomcat Application Server

Duties of the HR & Admin Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general admin activities. Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies). Job Description：

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.

3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.

2. At least five years of work experience in the digital backend design field. Hands-on project experience is required. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is prefered.

Able to provide quality and efficient IT support to company, Regular hardware and software maintenance to make sure company IT infrastructure and system running smoothly. Work on IT projects within company or work with external party.

Provide IT support operation on daily basis, include below activities:

• IT asset management (include the hardware and software) – maintain all company IT asset with proper traceability record;
• Support HR on all employee on-board/off-board process including IT training;
• Provide all IT system setup and admin work; (file control, VPN setup and special software admin work support);
• IT Level 1 helpdesk support to all company staff include remote user from worldwide, it could be PC issue, office printer, phone system or network related issues;
• Troubleshooting AD/DC, Exchange server, File Server and Application server issues and provide a solution.
• Troubleshoot and configure the firewall, router and switch when issues arises.
• Escalate to 3rd party IT support vendor if issue couldn’t be fixed within same day, coordinate with IT support vendor resolve issues within TAT, document down for all IT issues and solutions in return document;
• Liaise with IT vendor management, include IT hardware/software quotation, costing, P-R process and make proposal if any recommend system tools).

System maintenance work on regular basis, include below activities:

• All System backup (File server backup, NAS storage backup, offline backup activity), verify all system backup files are working properly;
• Coordinate with department head on storage Clean up include File server, SharePoint and NetApp;
• Monitor Server room temperature and humidity, and make sure all server related equipment (E.g.: UPS) are working under good condition;
• Pulse check all on server, router and firewall log and flag out all abnormal activities immediately;
• Regular update antivirus related tools and window related system patches.

IT governance and direction:

• Maintain all IT related record (contract, agreement, software authorization, etc.) and regularly updates or renew on time;
• Assist external or internal auditor on IT compliance or ISO related audit;
• Evaluate vendor proposal and provide justification to management.

IT related projects management (Ad Hoc or on-going) and provide weekly basis updates to management):

• IT project plan, budgeting and proposal;
• IT project deployment after project approved;
• IT project verification and provide necessary training to end user;

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Diploma in IT related discipline with at least 3-years relevant experience in IT support or maintenance experience
• Hands on IT support working experience include Desktop/Laptop support, Printer, Lan/Wan, Router, Switches, Firewall Support
• MCSE in Windows Server and RHCSA in Linux server or equivalent hands on working experience
• CGEIT preferred or IT governance working experience in IT policy or security

Job Description & Requirements

As a Logistics Operation Assistant, you will be required to plan, coordinate and organize receiving goods (GRN) and delivery orders (DO) are processed efficiently. At time you will need to stock in the goods into the automated storage retrieval system. You will need to carry out all these duties daily via the Inventory Warehouse Management System. You will need to furnish the full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. You must be able to work in a fast pace environment with minimal disruption to the workflow.
