This position will be pivotal for the development and implementation of an effective Technology Risk 2nd line of defense function providing risk oversight and advice.

The position will work in close collaboration with the local Technology function and the Group Technology Risk Management function.

Key responsibilities as a 2nd line function include:

• Provide support in implementing the Group/MAS technology risk framework and processes for governance, risk and control including review of current policies, guidelines, and procedures over technology risk.
• Implement effective proactive risk & control data analytics; define and build KPI and KRI reporting, and leverage existing metrics and risk dashboards to support effective qualitative and quantitative risk reporting.
• Proactively identify and effectively communicate emerging technology risks and opportunities to stakeholder at all levels of the organization.
• Regular reporting to Board and senior management on technology risk and security matters, including developments in the organization’s technology security risk profile in line with developments within and outside the organization, to ensure that the information security, cyber risks and threats are within the company’s risk tolerances.
• Increase awareness and enhance risk culture across the organization and provide day to day risk and control advise as trusted 2nd line subject matter expert.
• Champion and advocate the ownership of technology risk management, ensure risks are understood and managed within approved risk thresholds.
• Provide 2nd line reviews of risk assessments and business cases to identify key risks and gaps as required and provide assurance on the effectiveness of the technology and information risk controls and oversee the operationalization of control processes.

• Support Technology Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and effective risk management practices and recommend actions to be taken as needed via various risk committees for execution.
• Assist in IT related regulatory inspections and external audits and provide advisory when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, etc)

Your key responsibilities:

1. The Threat Respond (TR) Analyst supports the Global Security Operations Center from the APAC region. The SOC operates 24x7x365 in a follow-the-sun mode with distributed teams across APAC, EMEA and AMER.

2. The Analyst needs to monitor, investigate alerts and events escalated from the SIEM or other security channels. The scope of investigation includes in-depth log-file analysis and IOC correlation and taking threat containment actions when needed.

3. The role will also proactively search and identify patterns of compromise, emerging threats, evidence of breach and inconsistencies by analyzing historical data.

4. The role will be assigned projects on the design, creation and maintenance of cyber threat use cases to detect adversaries and malicious activities as well as automation use cases to improve efficiency of the SOC.

5. The role is part of the Bank's 24/7 follow-the-sun cybersecurity monitoring and response team providing immediate cyber security, triage, containment and incident management to protect the Bank. It involves:

• Performing shift work On-rotation weekend / public holiday work 7AM to 7PM (time off in-lieu will be offered)
• Earlier morning shift on weekdays (for ex 7am to 4pm) in rotation.

Your skills and experience:

• Min of 3 years of cyber security working experience in security operations, incident response, Vulnerability management, threat assessment and containment with 1 year working experience in an enterprise-grade SOC.
• Proven experience with cyber security tools to perform proxy/web access/network/database activity monitoring as well as using End-point Detection Response tool to investigate/contain threats in endpoints.
• Working experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash/Linux equivalent, Windows BAT scripts; software vulnerabilities, hacking techniques, exploits, malware and forensics.
• Working experience investigating cloud security alerts and understanding of cloud infrastructure, operations and administering operating systems (Windows and Linux).

Job Responsibilities:

• Feasibility analysis and judgment of potential industries and items for NIR application
• Provide necessary pre-sales technical support for sales team.
• Responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and upgrades of the model library.
• Provide customers with equipment debugging, modeling training, and guidance.
• Collaborate with sales and after-sales personnel to deliver comprehensive after-sales service, including failure analysis, software upgrades, and model calibration.
• Research and explore new application areas for NIR technology.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering, engineering, majoring in chemistry, chemical engineering, biology, pharmacy or related majors
• Knowledge of conventional chemical analysis methods, experience in NIR application is preferred
• Proven diligence and proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong teamwork and responsibility, along with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge technologies to improve software offering.
• Maintain and improve existing cloud-based applications, reducing costs and streamlining efficiency.
• Create and maintain back end-oriented services and micro-services utilized by the rest of our architecture.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve products
• Take on challenging tasks as needed with an eagerness to develop skills in new areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally

Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience)

• Diploma/Bachelor/master’s in computer science or Electronics & Communication or related fields.
• 5 year’s minimum of Java development in a team environment.
• Proven ability to develop back end services in a large scale, high performance environment.
• Good in fundamental computer science principles - Computer Algorithms, Architect and Networks Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Experience working with REST, SOAP, and creating web services.
• Experience with Java, spring or Spring Boot.
• Experience with MongoDB, other noSql datastore.
• Experience in Data heavy applications Good knowledge of Microservices architecture/Service-Oriented architecture (Vert.X / Spring boot).
• Experience with Agile methodology or similar lean approach to building software.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies and able to work independently.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication skills, resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
