Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership
o Design and implement innovative music curriculum
o Mentor and support teaching staff
o Create engaging learning experiences for students
o Lead assessment and quality improvement initiatives
2. Program Management
o Coordinate day-to-day operations of music programs
o Manage resources and budget effectively
o Plan and organize student performances and events
o Foster industry partnerships and community engagement
3. Faculty Development
o Lead and mentor a diverse team of educators

What Youll Bring:
Essential Qualifications:
ďˇ At least a Bachelor degree in Music or Music Education (Master
preferred)
ďˇ Proven experience in music education and program management
ďˇ Strong leadership and communication skills
ďˇ Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
ďˇ Experience with contemporary music education practices
ďˇ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
