Job Description

. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring regular

communication and understanding their needs to foster loyalty and

long-term engagement.

. Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer

inquiries.

. Prepare quotation for customers.

. Resolve customer complaints and feedback to customers as soon as

possible.

. Ensure smooth processing of customer orders and timely delivery.

. Maintain accurate customer records.

. Provide reports to management on customer satisfaction, issues

resolved, feedback received, to help improve overall customer

relations strategies.

. Prepare reports for sales forecast.

. Perform sales support related tasks.

. Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing,

Job Qualifications

. Polytechnic Diploma in Business or equivalent

. 1 to 2 years of related working experience

1. Provide guidance to Business Services Group in ensuring that projects/systems comply with security policies and the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (such as PDPA or Cybersecurity Act) throughout the product lifecycle.

2. Perform adequate risk management, including identification, assessment and provide treatment of security risks associated with systems handled by Business Services Group. Risk assessment must be performed in accordance with the organization’s cybersecurity risk management framework

3. Provide guidance to Business Services Group related to vulnerability assessments, source code review and penetration tests so that remediation actions can be undertaken by Business Services Group within the agreed timelines

4. Provide security consulting and advisory to Business Services Group

5. Review RFP proposal compliance with security requirements

6. Review architecture design developed by Enterprise/Solution/Security Architect

7. Perform cybersecurity assurance activities across the different stages of SDLC

8. Evaluate risks related to third-party vendor and products and identify mitigating measures

9. Perform independent assessments of the technical security controls implemented within the projects/systems to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls

Qualification and Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years of IT security experience in areas of security governance, risk management, application security design, security project management, security operation, cloud security technologies
• Strong risk management principles, risk articulation skills, cloud technologies, network security, data protection
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google cloud is desirable
• Professional security certification is preferable, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP or other similar security certifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Good written and communication skills

• Manage the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to, recruitment, payroll, on-and off boarding, training and development, performance management, employee benefits and grievances / disciplinary matters
• Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery
• Process payroll and submit for clients approvals.
• Prepare local taxation and other required reporting or payments to local authorities (i.e. CPF contribution, IRAS submissions and other Government Paid Claims.)
• Manage employee medical insurance renewals and enrolment / de-enrolment
• Manage end to end process for all work pass applications and renewal
• Ensure compliance with applicable human resource related legal and regulatory requirement
• Provide monthly HR reporting to Clients
• Assist in all other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Preferably 1 year experience in HR or payroll outsourcing companies
