NeoXam Singapore is looking for an experienced and motivated Neoxam Datahub Software & Application Manager who will lead the team working on Enhancement and Support of NeoXam Datahub Entity Master. This role will be based in Singapore, working closely together with the NeoXam project team.

He / she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the application, the installation of new modules and features using NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. PROFILE

• Engineering Bachelor Degree / Master’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of successful implementation and support of NeoXam Datahub solution at customers worldwide
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience with Financial software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience of a development language (Java, C, C++…) is required to be capable of writing rules in scripting language
• Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language

Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. This is a Group role designed to set-up and manage a high performing finance global team, to provide accurate information to the Management team & Board of Directors.

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, you will take on responsibility for preparing consolidated accounts, cash flows, working capital, management reporting and KPI’s.

o You will be applying your knowledge of IFRS accounting to consolidate and report financial information for the group.

• You will be ensuring and enforcing compliance for accurate reporting from the business units and provide guidance and support on IFRS accounting matters and provide reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore’s residential carparks.

You will lead the project execution of the electrical infrastructure upgrade (including substations, consumer switch rooms) for power provision to EV chargers.

Overall, as a Design Manager, you will be responsible for the Charging Operations in the assigned zone(s). The job will include the following:

· Develop and implement end-to-end design development and deployment of EV chargers in public car parks. This also includes developing the tender specifications and requirements.

· Lead the design reviews to ensure EV charger deployment are carried out in compliance with the contract specifications and agencies’ code of practices and regulations.

· Support the deployment management process and coordinate with other public agencies to facilitate approval processes.

• Assist management in evaluating performance of team members, providing guidance regarding coaching, counselling and development.
• Deploy Performance Management framework per vessel aligned to Company program
• Maintain a program for monitoring Crewing Agents’ and other related business partners’ performance
• Drive yearly recurring HR tasks such as annual salary adjustments and performance management
• Take an active part in the safety culture within the Company
• Coordinate the activities related to personnel administration in order to secure safe, efficient and cost-effective statutory requirements
• Strictly act on policies with respect of Quality Management Systems, Health, Safety and Welfare, as well as other contractors (internal and external)
• Keep abreast with new technology and Marine HR related matters & share knowledge with the Marine Management team.
• Actively participate in Crew Selection process and ensure a well experienced and balanced team is placed onboard.
• Ensure that crew appraisals are recorded in a timely manner in compliance with company requirement.
• Oversee the handling of insurance claims & leave related to maritime personnel.
• Co-ordinate with the Marine HSEQ and the Technical team for an effective crew briefing before joining and then onboarding / familiarization when on board.

• Represent the Company as part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)
• Maintain close working relationships with Flag states, Industry organisations and Associations to ensure strong knowledge on Maritime industry changes related to Crewing matters

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for The SMU Shop (TSS).
• Achieve revenue and profitability objectives, marketing and promotions, pricing, product sourcing, logistics, vendor management, visual merchandising & customer service.
• Position The SMU Shop as an extension of the SMU brand and ensure brand alignment in all aspects. This includes overseeing sponsorship requests as an avenue to increase brand exposure among student groups and the public. Also to ensure proper portrayal and usage of the Smoo Mascots.
• Work with internal clients for customized products from conceptualizing to delivery.
• Curate exclusive merchandise that is aligned to SMUV2025 and SMU Brand.
• Create and implement online shop business plans and work closely with members of the marketing team to execute e-marketing strategies to boost site traffic and generate sales.
• Drive traffic to the store/ site by using social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and eDMs.
• Upkeep the shop faade, display fixtures and storage areas.
• Maintenance of the point-of-sales system and ensuring strict adherence to cash management best practices; and execute and monitor loss prevention.
• Manage product inventory, keep a good database of inventory movement and annual stock take.
• Prepare monthly and yearly sales report and updates to management.
• Prepare and set budgets.
• Responsible for listing the store policies as well as writing and refreshing SOPs.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Oversee the performance and training of staff and student helpers.
• Overall shop operations and management as per normal retail shop (front and back office work).
• Provide customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

• Degree or Diploma in Retail, Arts or Mass Communication with at least 6 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• eCommerce certification or diploma would have an added advantage.
• Experience in retail, sales, merchandising, shop operations, online store operations and SEO.
• Pleasant personality, meticulous, conscientious, pro-active and can work independently.
• Excellent communications (both spoken and written English) and interpersonal skills.
• A retailer's mindset and fast fashion oriented.
• Flexible, and a team player. Customer Service is essential.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office applications, Shopify, major email programs, and SAP procurement systems.
