Role Purpose:

Reporting to the IT Client Services Manager, the IT Administrator's role is to manage the day-to-day IT support in the Client Services department for both Singapore and Asia Pacific remote offices.

Major Accountabilities:

• Answer and log all support calls into the TopDesk Helpdesk System
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support and escalate to the next level if problem cannot be resolved
• Setup and provide technical support for all computers and Company's standard software issues
• Procurement and disposal of all IT related hardware and software
• Source and obtain hardware and software quotations on behalf of users
• Setup and provide technical support for all office and production printers
• Provide support for Windows account management as well as Telephony, Video Conference and Mobile devices
• Maintain the IT Asset Management System to ensure that all assets are recorded, updated and removed when required
• Requires rotational standby duty for after office hours support

Role Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer\Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years of system administration experience in a medium size networking environment
• Business fluent or native English (written and spoken) with fluency in Mandarin an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the OS such as Windows and Linux
• Experience with MS Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange Environment
• Good experience in the following areas: MS Office 2021 and/or Windows 10 OS and basic switches and networking

Primary Function:

Responsible for the function of Risk Management, Audit and Compliance for the organisation. The scope of work includes but not limited to the following: -

Direct, management and support the organisation’s risk management process and ensure alignment with Group GRC effort. This will include but not limited to: -

• Manage and enforce the annual Control Self-Assessment for organisation
• Support the collation of statistics for Sustainability reporting to parent company.

Programme manage and oversee certification / renewal process for, but not limited to, the following standards: -

Manage the e-training service sourcing and renewal as assigned.

Engage the subject matter experts in creating engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules, to promote understanding of cyber security awareness/best practices and any training required for compliance purposes.

Track and report on training effectiveness and participation rates, and adjust training content as necessary with subject matter experts, to address emerging threats and challenges

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary education with working experience/knowledge in the following area:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in preparing audits and assessments related to ISO 27001, 22301, and information security standards.

Proven experience in project management.

Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001/22301 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are desirable.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PDPC is a plus

PURPOSE:

• Prepare for regional monthly details performance analysis, developed from financial management report. The scopes include supports for region and Opcos annual performance budget, mid-year range strategy plan and monthly outlook.
• Maintain data integrity of performance system (Cognos TM1 and Microsoft D365).

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs, and expenses actual result and outlook . Account for variance between actual result and budget with in-deep analysis of rout cause.

Work Experiences

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT System Administrator to join our team and provide IT system setup and technical support to our employees. The IT Administrator will be responsible for setting up IT system infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, managing our wired and wireless office network infrastructure, and working with vendors and internal teams to ensure our IT systems are up-to-date and secure. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, networking, and information security.

What you will be doing

• Install, configure, and maintain both hardware and software systems including variety of SaaS based and internal applications, such as Slack, Google Workspace, AWS WorkSpaces, Github, JIRA, Confluence, VPN
• Troubleshoot, and resolve IT-related hardware and software issues reported by internal users, and manage the process of support ticketing
• Monitor network and system performance, including network security and security logs
• Be the IT liaison for new hires, assist to create accounts and set up hardware for new hires
• Train users on new hardware and software
• Support audio and video equipment in office
• Manage the life cycle and purchase forecast of corporate assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Support the network equipment setup and optimization in the office, troubleshoot issues with the network and ISP vendors
• Work with internal teams or vendors to resolve technical issues
• Support information security audits

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of related work experience
• Good working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, information security, computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience supporting hardware and software issues on Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and setup, such as ethernet, wireless network, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience in IT asset & inventory management
• Experience with modern SaaS tools and open-source software is desirable

Primary Function:

1. Provide leadership in managing the operational team and to establish the standards and governance processes. This include but not limited to the following: -

• Adopt and enforce industry best practice in incident and problem management process.
• Define and enforce operation support SLA.
• Establish guideline/processes which will improve the overall IT delivery team operations (Applications Ops and N&O).
• Establish a regime of audit and monitoring capabilities to ensure that the teams comply with any established policies, standards and guidelines.
• Manage a team of indirect reporting software and systems engineers to provide the L1/L2 IT support to our internal and external customers.
• Provide monthly and quarterly management report on the issues that the team handled and propose improvements to reduce issues reported and to eliminate recurring incidence.
• Support the team in complex issue resolution.
• To ensure application and system patching are completed as per agreed time line.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary education, with a Degree in Software Engineering or similar and working experience/knowledge in the following area:Experienced in leading a team of software and systems engineers (on-shore and off shore) in a matrix reporting structure
  Excellent experience in managing L1 and L2 technical support helpdesk.
