The IT Infrastructure specialist will serve as the first point of contact to all users with infrastructure and systems and is primarily responsible to provide technical support to enable IT services. Will also assist in the roll-out of new Corp IT initiatives, including the responsible for network support and projects, We are seeking some one who like to learn the new things in the infrastructure space. The workload would be 50% on network, 20% on servers and 30% on laptop support.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide daily Level 1 support to all end-users incidents and request pertaining to business applications such as Office 365, server, laptop and Network service
