Job Title: Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager
Job Descriptions
Role Summary
1. Responsible for end-to-end HR functions and ability to work independently to provide advise in matters relating to human resources, employment law, industry practices, and workplace rights.
2. Assist the CFO and Sustainability Council in the Group’s Sustainability Reporting.
3. Reports directly to the CFO and COO.
4. Responsible for overseeing the full range of HR functions, including Onboarding/Offboarding, Talent acquisition, Payroll, Learning & Development, Compliance, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management.
Operational Responsibilities
5. Assist in the enforcement and review of HR policies and procedure and its implementation and compliance.
6. Expected to tighten and enhance effectiveness across the HR function.
7. Ensure timely review and handling of insurance-related matters.
8. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of manpower planning initiatives.
9. To analyse the respective HR-related performance and labour cost structure to optimise staffing levels.
10. Assist in planning and implementing performance appraisal exercise.
11. Ensuring workplace health and safety training and compliance.
12. Perform end-to-end recruitment and selection process for the Group.
13. Performing payroll matters and submitting of government claims, grants & IR8A.
14. Sole Document controller for ISO 9001:2015 and bizSAFE.
15. Monitoring, tracking and following up on OJT, handbook, training manuals, case files, ISO manual or other assignments.
HR Partnership
16. Partner and engage stakeholders in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management and development.
17. Provide professional advisory to the Management team on HR initiatives within the Group and work closely with key managers on HR-related needs.
HR Policies, Processes and Systems
18. To initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems and communications such as performance review, payroll review, answering surveys from authorities, etc.
19. Educate employees on policy/system changes and implications, as well as understand and gather their feedback and input.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Partnering
- 5-8 years of working experience with demonstrated track record
- Generalist with good knowledge of Employment Act and labour and related laws and legislation in Singapore
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages (written and spoken)
- Ability to execute policies well with strong EQ and effective communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office skillset is a must (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge with HR Cloud System (Info-Tech HR System) would be an added advantage
- Immediate availability or short notice period
