• Provide support to the Tender Lead on complex tenders from receipt of the ITT to handover to project execution.
• Demonstrate due diligence, attention to detail and collaboration in coordinating the generation of the submission documentation issued to the customer.
• Focal point for the team in the management of internal information and of processes such as ITT review, tender bulletins, clarification management, tender submission contents
• Prepare the development, structure, format and content of the tender in compliance with processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
• Undertakes responsibility and ownership of leading simple Level 2 tenders, Requests for Information, Budget Proposal and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
• When necessary, facilitate and lead a tender kick off meeting.
