The incumbent will serve as IHRP’s primary point of contact and will have overall accountability to ensure the national rollout of the National Job Evaluation Tool. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Managing the appointed vendor to ensure that all project deliverables are rolled out based on the agreed timeline and meet the pre-specified objectives.
• Understanding the HR objectives of the JE Tool, viz (i) assessing company’s readiness for job redesign, (ii) identifying jobs for JR; and (iii) assessing the value of jobs to be redesigned
