Principal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• An accredited Degree/Diploma Holder
• Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant Bancassurance Specialist experience, especially in high net-worth products such as Universal Life and have strong knowledge of the investment climate to provide sound advice in wealth accumulation, legacy planning and premium financing
• Candidate should be mature, confident and possesses strong presentation and pitching skills to hold an effective client conversation with PRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the various team members and internal stakeholders
• Have strong passion in training and coaching of insurance products, concept and sales with PRM
