Responsibilities:

• Assist users in navigating the system applications as well as providing L1 technical issues resolution via phone.
• Ensure all L2 and L3 issues are promptly forwarded to the software engineering team and to follow up to ensure these issues are resolved.
• Ensure issues are resolved within set Service Level Agreement and Objectives timeframes.
• Ensure user issues and resolution reports are submitted on a daily basis.

Prerequisites:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in IT ticketing will be advantageous.
• Possess some technical knowledge in Java or C# will be beneficial.
• Strong customer service experience with end-users/customers involving each IT ticketing request/incident handled.

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
• In-charge of project team timesheets and keep track of billing status

• Support the Fundraising Director in all fundraising activities and community outreach projects.
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative fundraising and community outreach activities (online or physical).

Requirements:

• Conduct training to Daikin Affiliates within Asean Oceania Region
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborators, Study Applied Product & Control Solutions, Create training materials

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
• Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
• Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.

• Provide first-level helpdesk and end-user support.

• Experience with Active Directory, email accounts, Symantec Endpoint Protection, and Veritas Backup Exec.
• Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) and advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Interest in learning new technologies; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
