• Maintain statutory registers and submit statutory returns to ACRA
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of secretarial experience in Banks or Financial Institution
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and possess good working attitude
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in both English & Chinese (written & spoken) due to close liaison with China counterparts
