Your responsibilities as a Salvage Engineer

• As part of the mobile team, provide support to the Salvage Master/Project Manager at site.

• Sharing knowledge with other engineers about complex ship's systems.

Your qualities

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate actively in a rotational program involving assignments in different departments such as Business Strategy, Strategy & Innovation, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, and Research & Development.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing projects, initiatives, and departmental goals.

Overall Role Purpose:

You will be supported by sales and marketing campaigns to actively drive sales revenue to achieve the sales target for an assigned group of customers.

• Formulate and execute a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing client base.
• Manage revenue and shipment growth through up-selling and cross-selling tactics to exceed assigned targets.
• Combine sales skills with DHL products and services knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into active customers, placing emphasis on those with maximum revenue and shipment potential in order to increase the size and quality of DHL's market share.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with sales-related internship will be considered (both Degree and Diploma).
• Minimum Diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of telesales experience in Banking, Insurance, Logistics industry preferred. Candidates with Telesales background in other industries may be considered.
• Comfortable in making around 30 outbound calls to potential/existing customers.

Job Description

• Initiate meeting within the team or with cross functional counterparts to resolve complex integration issues and chronic hardware issues.
• Manage and plan new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hook-up, vendor startup, to acceptance of equipment for production.
• Establish Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all equipment taking into account safety and optimize PM for quality, cost, and productivity. Including spare review, planning, budgeting and tracking.
• Establish and document work process and conduct self-audit to ensure specifications meet company Quality Standard requirements
• Possess knowledge on SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS and all the statistical analysis tools to help optimizing equipment robustness.
• Familiar and follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, ECN ISO9001/QS9000/TQM documentation for closure of issues / setup system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in semiconductor Equipment Engineering role
• Knowledge of GR&R, SPC and latest semiconductor industry tool technology
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance or troubleshooting
• Oversee and lead the team in the assigned process area.
• Provide training and guidance to junior engineers.
