Assist in the formulation, supervision and implementation of company administrative rules and regulations. Ensure compliance and efficiency of company operations.

Responsible for employee attendance and holiday arrangements. Ensure the company's human resources management practices.

Organize company meetings and receptions. This includes arranging meeting venues, preparing meeting materials, and receiving visitors.

Applicant Pre-requisites

• Ability to conceptualise video ideas from clients' brief

Job Description:

· Manage and execute operational tasks related to IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.

· Perform deployment activities, including software installation, configuration changes, and system updates/patches.

· Ensure the security and stability of IT systems by applying patches, security updates, and conducting vulnerability assessments.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Cost management of projects.
2. Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims.
3. Procurement of contractors and suppliers.
4. Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors.
5. Prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts.
6. Familiarize oneself with the use of internal reporting systems “OA” and “SAP”.
7. Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities.
8. Prepare Sub-Contract Documents.
9. Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications.
10. Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
11. Attend meeting as and when required.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.
4. Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday.
