• Build and retain relationships with our event partners, clients and internal teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients’ vehicles maintained by the workshop are roadworthy and comply with maintenance programs and standard.
• Manage workshop's performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Lead the overall implementation of bus fleet maintenance regime.
• Manage annual budget for the department.
• Manage multiple contractors to ensure safety requirements as well as operating and quality standards are met.
• Lead technical recovery, complex fault analysis and testing of bus fleet and systems.
• Provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Promote LEAN, PIP and any Productivity and Green Movement.
• Review and approve maintenance schedule and manpower plans.
• Review audits on maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.
• Define procurement specifications for the sourcing of vendors.

Requirements

Job Requirement

The candidate our Company is looking for must possess a Diploma in Architectural Technology. He or she must also be able to work independently with the least supervision. Relevant experience shall include Architectural drafting, design skills, communication skills, co-ordination skills and is able to do technical submissions to relevant authorities. BIM knowledge will be an added asset. All in all, must be able to work well with team members.
