Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operation & mechanical team as part of the day-to-day maintenance activities and supporting plant operation to minimize downtime.
• Assist Engineers on installing, inspecting, maintaining, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating various pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and electronic equipment.
• Read and understand manuals, schematics, and P&ID's
• Basic knowledge on automated control systems (PLC)
• Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.
• To attend to all job requisitions, complaints, breakdown and as well as monthly preventive maintenance schedule to the relevant department.
• Ensure documentation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are constantly updated.
• Ensure technical, environmental and safety aspects in all matters are in compliance with the HSE regulations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation) or equivalent
• Sound working knowledge on major electrical system (eg. Transformers, Switchgears, motor, etc.), experience in Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic Controllers, with good understanding of the pneumatic and hydraulic control system.

General Overview

The incumbent will assist in administering and maintaining the company’s HSSE Management System, supporting the HSSE Manager in monitoring and meeting HSSE work plans and KPIs as well as working closely with key internal stakeholders to resolve HSSE issues.

The incumbent shall also be responsible in ensuring the company’s HSSE Management System requirements are implemented at the terminal.

Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• SLNG HSSE Management System – Administer and maintain the HSSE Management System
• Review Work Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Be part of Process Risk Assessment team i.e. HAZOP or PHA
• Assist with Permit-to-Work Issuance when required, by ensuring possible hazards are mitigated to ensure work will be executed safely
• Participate in the Permit-to-Work Screening Meeting for high safety risk work
• Conduct Site Inspections to ensure work is performed safely and according to Permit-to-Work requirements.

• Review and endorse Confined Space and Ventilation plans.
• Assess and endorse Lifting Plan and Work-at-Height Fall Prevention & Rescue Plan.
• Conduct HSSE related training.
• Participate in incident investigations.
• Be part of the internal audit team. Help administer the internal and external audit program.
• Workplace Safety & Health Committee – undertake the role of WSH Committee Secretary, and follow up on HSE improvement actions and plan.
• Legal/ Regulatory Compliance – monitor SLNG’s compliance to the requisite latest HSE regulations and laws.
• Support the Emergency Response Team.
• HSSE Procedures – help develop and review HSSE procedures and conduct training.
• Administer and follow up on BBS Observations.
• Network with neighbouring companies, other similar companies and other organizations, introduce good practices and lessons learnt to SLNG.
• Undertake any ad-hoc projects/ work/ activities as and when assigned by HSSE Manager.

Work Experience

• Candidate shall have at least 5 years of practical experience in Health and Safety in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Candidate shall have basic knowledge on the requirements of Process Safety Management System i.e. SS651:2019 and/or other Safety & Health Management System i.e. ISO 45001 .
• Candidate shall have practical experience in developing and delivering training material/ seminars across all levels of an organisation.
• Candidate shall be proficient with MS Office applications and be meticulous in processes and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

· Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.

• Inspections of projects/components to review and maintain quality standards and requirements for the Company.
• Responsible for manufacturing Quality Assurance as well as Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing Quality operations.
• To assist in preparing inspection reports as per customers' requirements.
• To assist in managing day to day internal quality issues and non-conformity disposition.
• To assist in reviewing, coordinate and follow up in corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare be MR for ISO900I and lSOl400l.
• Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Quality Control Plan.
• Responsible for the controlled documents such as Quality Management System Manual, customer drawing, standard, specification etc.
• Monitoring of all works performed by suppliers / cuntractors to ensure that quality works are produced.
• Maintain measuring equipment, gauges and welding machines are calibrated and record.
• Review of various document such as WPS, SAN, PQR, WQT, PRC and PCP prior to production welding.
• Perform inspection before welding such as part preparation, welding machine setting; preheat temperature and other relevant parameters in line with the applicable approved WPS.
• lnspect after welding to ensure parts welded as per drawing / customer's requirement and no welding defect.
• Perform NDT inspection on welded parts accordance to drawing specification.

Prerequisites

• Certificate in BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervision) or other similar construction-safety certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and details of construction projects

Jobscope

• Prepare and responsible for monthly group consolidated financial statements
• Responsible for Group’s treasury related matters
• Lead a team and responsible for monthly closing of accounts, preparation of reports, schedules and variance analysis for a group of companies
