WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S4/HANA Implementation accounting lead to join our team. This is an instrumental role in supporting the multi-year global system implementation from the supply chain operations accounting lens in the different gates of implementation, i.e. go-live readiness, implementation and through the stabilization and operation transition.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

SAP S4/Hana implementation that cut across go-live readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition to operations team:

• Process mapping: Create comprehensive process maps for both standard processes (happy path) and exception resolutions, including control mechanisms.
• Finance Reports Design: Design and develop reports to support finance month-end reporting and analysis and ensure compliance with established controls.
• Test Scenario Design: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate the functionality and integrity of the SAP system.

• Stabilization: Monitor the SAP system during stabilization period, report issues timely, and follow up with relevant tech team for resolutions

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

WHAT YOU BRING

• A strong accounting subject matter expert with at least 6 years of inventory and intercompany experiences with end-to-end supply chain
• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, preferably with a Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Good Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and SOX is necessary. Demonstrate good operational insights to ensure reporting compliance for Inventory, Intercompany Cross-charges.
• Related operational accounting experiences in an MNC, preferably with global trading or manufacturing business mode
• Hands-on experiences with SAP S4/HANA
• Demonstrated SAP S4/HANA implementation experiences that cut across go-live readiness, implementation, stabilization and transition to operations
• Demonstrate good communication and influencing skills
• Good documentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Visio.
• Experience with enabling tool solutions eg Blackline, Alteryx would be an added advantage

JOB SUMMARY

Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The Manufacturing Engineer will adopt as its goals profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Able to perform Assembly process for High Level Assembly (HLA). Create procedures for processes and train staffs accordingly.

· Involve on new product development by working with R&D, New Product Development and Quality to provide Design for Manufacturability guidance on hardware.

Job Description: Postdoctoral Fellow

The Department of Geography at the National University of Singapore (https://fass.nus.edu.sg/geog/) is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to study the climate resilience and threshold of trees in Singapore, using a wide array of ground observations (i.e., phenocam, Lidar, sap flow) and satellite remote sensing. The Postdoc is expected to integrate the advanced knowledge in plant physiology, remote sensing and ecological theories to advance our understanding of tree health and its response to climate change in Singapore.

The ideal candidate is expected to be highly creative, have strong numerical and critical thinking skills, a working familiarity with plant physiology and ecosystem functions. This position is funded by a National Environment Agency Climate Impact Science Research project and the Postdoc is expected to work closely with the National Parks Board. The initial contract will be 1 year with the possibility of renewal up to 4 years, contingent on satisfactory job performance. We provide competitive salary (> S$70k/year) for the position with the consideration of years of experience postgraduate.

Collect and process remote sensing data relevant to the terrestrial carbon cycle.

Job Description

• Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the teams responsible for facilities, technical aspects and housekeeping.
• Maintain the swimming pool and surrounding areas in accordance with the guidelines established by the authority.
• Establish and maintain high-quality service and safety standards.
• Prepare tender documents for renovation and A&A projects.
• Forecast operational and capital budgets, track and monitor expenses within the approved budgets.
• Manage the appointed contractors and review/renew service contracts.
• Organise fire drills, be responsible for fire safety measures, form/maintain a fire safety committee. Coordinate with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) on fire safety matters.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in engineering/facilities/relevant field of studies with 10 years relevant work experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance and Membership Manager. The Finance and Membership Manager will play a key role in managing the financial operations of the Club while also overseeing membership initiatives and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell memberships to prospective members which include corporates and individuals by:

• Conceptualising and implementing membership sales related events/initiatives, which include seeking budget approval, execution and post-event follow-up
• Developing and maintaining new partnerships and sourcing for sponsorships for Club’s events/initiatives
• Interact with members and guests to build rapport and garner feedback for improvement of future events/initiatives

2. Manage accounts, budgeting and financial reporting that include but not limited to:

• Ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Managing accounting processes and tasks in daily operations (eg. AP & AR process, GL, account and bank reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, credit control, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
• Handling payroll of staff and interns including overtime & commission calculation into processing of employees' salary
• Coordinating and liaising with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities
• Ensuring compliance with all finance filing requirements (eg. GST, CPF, Annual Returns), audits, procedures and forms

3. Manage assigned facilities and associated services to achieve customer satisfaction (eg. Relationship Manager duties)

4. Review processes and systems for enhancement which include analysis, controls, design and implementation

5. Any other duties as may be assigned

• The design verification engineer is expected to check, test, and gate the product design for both performance and reliability.
• Draft a test plan to cover each feature in product spec, certification requirement, and customer application.
• Support on DFMEA documentation draft and maintenance.
• Test products' electrical & mechanical performance and reliability with lab equipment such as multi-meter, integrating sphere, oscilloscope, and environmental chamber.
• Testing equipment management & maintenance.

• Update & deliver the test reports to the project lead and define the quality level of R&D stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electronic Engineering, computer science, or relevant majors.
• At least 3 years of design, testing, or quality experience.
• Experience in power electronics product testing and understanding of electronic product schematics is required.
• Operation experience with basic electronic equipment like oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, and load are required.
• Knowledge or experience in electronic design, design quality, MCU, FW testing & appliances is preferred.
• Able to travel overseas.
• Familiar with UL standards will be an added advantage.
