Objectives of the Position

• Serve as the business partner for HR and Communications for the Agricultural Solutions, South East Asia sub-region; effectively support the business leader and leadership team in achieving business priorities and organization needs through people strategies, tactics and initiatives.

Main Tasks:

Communications Champion

• Maintain a framework for professional internal and external communication in the sub-region

• Steer and ensure effective, high-impact delivery of people processes in the sub-region including talent management, capability development, performance management, compensation management including incentives, recognition, resourcing strategy and manpower planning.

• Manage maintenance of relevant HR data for the sub-region; provide data-driven insights for people and business decisions.

Role

You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services to our client's sites. You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the sites and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level. You will supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the sites.

Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Reporting to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager.
2. Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of BMS, ACMV equipment (ie. Chillers, pumps, AHU, FCU, etc. are functioning as per scheduled).
3. Maintain/repair plumbing & sanitary systems to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures if required.
4. General maintenance/repair of electrical fixtures and fittings.
5. General maintenance/repair of wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
6. Monitor all work being performed by term contractors, tenant’s service contractors, tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement works.
7. Attend to tenant’s request and feedback.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a office/data center/commercial establishment with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E).

Position Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Summary:We're looking for a meticulous and organized individual to join us as a bookkeeper/accountant. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with various accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Recording Transactions: Enter financial transactions accurately and promptly into our accounting software or ledgers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

• Maintain and ensure the IT systems, such as network administration, servers, desktop systems, office systems & etc. are well maintained and operate reliably. Duties include: regular monitoring, preventive maintenance, security patches, backup, recovery, review and upgrade.
• Responsible for all day-to-day IT related matters and to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues the users encounter as well as provide relevant IT training to the users.

Your day to day

In collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, supervises all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.

As a restaurant captain, you are responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.

What we need from you

Your day to day

• Prepare efficient work schedules for all staff assigned to the Club in order to optimize their productivity without negatively impacting guest service standards.
• Maintain professional standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and grooming of all employees assigned to the Club.
• Effectively manage operational routine by conducting daily shift briefings with assigned staff, highlighting all VIP arrivals, meetings, guest critique and relevant issues impacting guest service.

Responsible Business

• Supervise the entire operations of Club InterContinental; this includes its rooms, facilities and food & beverage operations.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through high levels of personal recognition and prompt cordial attention to all guests from arrival through departure.
• Ensure an excellent quality of the product, food & beverage offerings and the facility are presented at all times by liaising with other departments/Heads such as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director and Executive Housekeeper.
• Ensure timely and high standards of display and presentation at the Club’s lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
• Ensure that bookings for the Club’s meeting room are optimally managed and it is well maintained to meet guest requests.
• Maintain Back of House decorum in the Club lounge areas, in respect of its guests’ privacy and relaxation.
• Monitors the personnel of these operations to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
• Ensures staff, particularly guest contact personnel, are familiar with Priority Club members, known repeat guests and other VIPs and provide special attention and recognition
• Conduct regular department communication meeting and resolve any conflicts, problems existing in the department or with other departments.

Accountability

This Job requires for the communications and interactions with the Special VIP guest arriving and staying in an IHG brand of hotel all around the world. This includes all forms of service, from the escorting of the guest to the rooms, to the service at the Club InterContinental; this is all the job is being requested to achieve.
