Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Tutor-related administrative work (eg. Relief arrangements, Tutor-related Administration and Recruitment, Maintaining and updating tutors’ information and database).
• Manage and update centre schedules (arrange make-up lessons with tutors, notify changes in schedule).
• Assist relief teachers with queries and lesson materials.
• Handles enquiries (phone calls and emails).
• Handle curriculum-related administrative duties (e.g. Assist in procurement processes, distribution and packing of resources, compilation and alignment of worksheets, resources and materials).
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Education level - NITEC, Polytechnic Diploma and above.
