Responsibilities:

• Support Front Office Manager to supervise and coordinate front office operations
• Manage service recovery for escalated guests’ concerns and feedback
• Manage team’s service performance in response to guests’ needs and requests to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with various departments on guests’ special requirements and requests
• Monitor front office operations to ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures
• Monitor room inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
• Manage staff performance to achieve departmental goals
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff work performance
• Manage emergency situations
• Record and report all unusual events to the Management

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of working experience as Duty Manager
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays

• Reception duties: Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries, assist walk-in visitors, manage goods delivery, pack and sort delivery items according to classes for students collection;
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of items;
• Prepare and verify documents over the counter;
• Maintain and update data records and various school documents;
• Maintain confidentiality of all school and pupil information;
• Attend to pupils who are unwell or dismissed early;
• Attend to pupils’ general enquiries and needs at the General Office; and
• Any other duties as assigned by the School.

Qualification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (minimally both Word and Excel).
• Proficient in the use of email communication, particularly with Goggle Mail (Gmail).
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Fluent in either spoken Mandarin, Malay or Tamil will be an advantage.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in receptionist/customer service.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with children between 7 to 12 years old.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Education Development Specialist, you will play an integral role in developing and promoting our programs. Your role will encompass:

1. Business and Program Development: Shape and refine the strategic direction of Grow Education's initiatives. Identify opportunities for program enhancement and expansion.

2. Partnership Building & Social Outreach: Forge strong relationships with potential partners including migrant worker organizations, dormitories, elderly centers, and other relevant groups. Generate awareness and foster a sense of community through these partnerships.

3. Marketing and Promotion: Design and implement strategies to promote our programs, reaching out to potential beneficiaries and supporters.

4. Manage and monitor the financial aspects of our programs. Conduct basic monthly financial checks to ensure proper management of resources.

5. Grant Applications & Government Liason: Facilitate and manage relationships with government organizations. Research, apply, and follow-up on grants and other funding opportunities.
