• Advocacy for Vulnerable Families: Representing the centre in advocating for vulnerable families to have equal access to opportunities. This may involve collaborating with other agencies, participating in community initiatives and raising awareness about the needs of these families.
• Group Work and Community Work: Participating in client and community assessments, facilitating group sessions and implementing specialized intervention strategies. This could include conducting group therapy sessions, leading support groups or organizing community events to address specific needs.
• Operational Managerial Skills: Supporting senior professionals in implementing the center's operational processes, policies and protocols. This may include assisting with staff training, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
• Additional Duties: Being flexible and willing to take on other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Center. This could involve anything from administrative duties to participating in special projects or committees.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work / Counseling / Psychology or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• At least 3years relevant experience in the social service sector doing social work or counseling

As a Music Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide music therapy services
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as nursing, medical and other allied health professionals
• Develop and implement the individual treatment plan
• Review and assess the progress of the patient's condition
• Execute music intervention to improve the patient care
• Provide clinical reports and records in proper documentations
• Adhere to the compliance, safety guidelines and SOPs

Requirements:
