The position requires strong leadership, effective interpersonal, strategic planning, team-building and collaboration skills to drive collective efforts to continuously improve care delivery and support for individuals and their caregivers.

As a member of ABLE’s management team, this role also has the opportunity to define ABLE’s strategic role in the National Enabling Masterplan 2030 for disability, including establishing ABLE as a recognized Centre of Excellence for Rehab services.

We are seeking a well-rounded data engineer to join our team. As part of the Global Post Market Quality and Data Analytics team, you will play an integral role in processing consumer feedback through data quality assurance, data modelling, data integration and automation. Under a diverse team, you will have a plethora of opportunities to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally to streamline data processes.

What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement. Use ETL processes to extract and store data from various sources and transform it into a clean and usable format.
• Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence, reporting and analytics requirements.
• Integrate data from different sources (internal/external) to provide a unified and comprehensive view of the data.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. Identify and address data quality issues.
• Write scripts and use automation tools to streamline data processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of the team to understand data needs and streamline data.

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data science, Computer Engineering, Computing, IT or any other related field.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in data roles.
• SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel knowledge required. Proficiency in other programming languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrating data sets from various systems, identifying gaps and presenting visualized data using Power BI.
• Able to handle structured data from various sources and formats (e.g.: from customers and operations), such as complaints and returns.
• Basic knowledge in quality processes (medical device industry) is a plus.

In a context of significant growth, we seek for a talent and semiconductor/power testing passionate!
You'll join a multi-site product and test engineering team responsible for power discrete SiC (Silicon Carbide) diode portfolio. The SiC rectifier division core team is in Tours (France). For this position, you'll be based in Singapore and your role will be to support the division for the development of those high-performance rectifiers and the constant quality improvement plan: from wafers start in the flow up to the final test on diode housed into the package.

Job Description:

• The review with local teams of the industrial changes impacting SiC diode production and participate to qualification plan definition, data analysis and milestones deliverables following quality standards and customer requirements.
• Follow up all the engineering materials (technology/new product/industrial changes related) running in clean room (diffusion & EWS) to track their cycle time, to schedule the testing and the analysis, up to the disposition for back-end activities (assembly/final test trials)
• Project leader for the execution of the electrical wafer sorting roadmap for SiC diodes to use the most advanced test equipment and advanced test solution.
• The analysis of electrical wafer sorting data for non-conform material and lead the board to propose most relevant disposition based on non-conform material analysis to build and sustain a data base of the either process or electrical signature and address the issues by a plan defined with a cross functional team.
• The development of statistical based routine to better detect outlier device.
