• Identifying and managing risks associated with service delivery. This involves developing risk management plans and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of risks on service delivery
• Ensuring that the communication system is properly maintained on a regular basis. This includes conducting routine checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at peak performance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in the communication system. This includes troubleshooting, testing, and repairing any equipment or software malfunctions that may occur
• Managing spare parts and equipment required for the communication system. This involves maintaining an inventory of spare parts, ensuring that the required parts are available when needed, and ordering new parts as required
• Monitoring the performance of the communication system. This includes conducting regular tests and measurements to ensure that the system is operating within specified parameters and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
• Ensuring that the communication system meets all safety regulations and standards. This includes ensuring that all equipment and installations are in compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards

Requirements

• Experience with transmission network technology (optical/packet transport circuits)

• Must ready to work physically to carry provisionals, groceries and vegetables from whole sale vendor delivery to store room , then shift from Store room to display rack to avail customers

• Receiving of provisionals, groceries and vegetables from whole sale supplier then arrange it properly

• Loading and unloading of provisionals, groceries and vegetable

• Help customers to find locate provisionals, groceries and vegetable, if need bring the stuff and put

• it their trolley

• Ensure shelves and product displays remain stocked.

• Replenish products onto display shelfs and areas as assigned.

• Check & account for damaged stocks

• Tabulate balance stocks

• Tidy up items displays

• Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries. -Assess customer needs and wants: answer customer questions and concerns. -Provide appropriate product recommendations. -Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable. -Build relationships with customers, especially regular customers.

• Manage company phone and mobile WiFi router assets, including monthly billings.
• Handle office administration duties and maintain supplies.
• Administer company vehicle maintenance, insurance, and road tax renewals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource
• 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles within Singapore.
• Preferably with experience in Timesoft.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good command of written and spoken English, with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• Meticulous and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and practices in Singapore.
