• Feedback and gather all information pertaining to safety measures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSH)
• Direct reporting to Workshop Manager, working with workshop team member and dotted line reporting to Chief Operations Officer (COO)
• Any ad hoc matters/projects as assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirements

• Bilingual (Mandarin with Chinese speaking customer and English) with local dialects prefer
• With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast pace environment with each moment was precious, efficiency was paramount
• Team player and positive working attitude
• Must commit 5.5 working days (Mon-Fri) 9.00am - 6.00pm; (Sat) 9.00am - 1.00pm

Job Title: Senior CNC Machinist (Turning) (ID4529)
Location: : Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $3500-$5000


Role Summary
1. Perform set-up and operate the CNC machines
2. Perform self-inspection of machined parts

Responsibilities / Duties / Job Description / Job Scope
1. Ability to operate CNC / manual machines to produce parts accordingly to MO and drawing specification
2. Willing to learn and work on different CNC and manual machines
3. To care and do monthly maintenance check on machine (i.e. identify faults and immediate report to Supervisor)
4. To ensure products produced are of highest quality standard
5. Data scanning/entry to M3 for job hours clocking on machining product.
6. Changing of cutting tools and fixture when perform set up in CNC machine.
7. Ensure all dimensions inspected during "in process" inspection are correct and recorded.
8. Ensure working area meeting our 5S standard
9. To follow CDI safe work Procedure and proper housekeeping

Work Environment and Demands
1. A minimum 3 years' experience of relevant qualification in Precision Machining
2. Experience machining Metal/Plastic products.
3. Have lead management experience
4. Good attendance
5. Knowledge of CNC programming will be an advantage
