Ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management within the endpoint management team.

Documentation and Training:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint management processes and procedures.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in endpoint management and infrastructure.
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.
Strong knowledge of endpoint management solutions, such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager(MECM), or similar platforms.
Expertise in endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability assessment.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
In-depth understanding of IT policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and Vendor Management is a MUST.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin is MUST.
IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL are preferred.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex endpoint issues.

Job scope:

• Draft and Design products as per client requirements

• Alias with clients to ensure dimension & design

• Work closely with all relevant parties including Production teams to ensure drawings are feasible and effectively translated into products

• 5.5 -day work week

• Salary Range: basic salary $2,000 - $3,000
