Job Description :
1. Create and develop new drinks menu.
2. Experience in good Wine knowledge and Craft Beer knowledge.
3. Create own creative concoction of cocktails, craft beer cocktail, liquors and mocktails.
4. Train and re-train team of an inexperience crews and setup recipes and SOPs.
5. Setup SOPs for opening, closing and daily operation of the bar.
6. Able to manage a team of crews, floor and bar, on operations and refine SOPs to improve service, sales and recruit of new VIPs as loyalty program.
7. Manage and execute the hygiene, clealiness and maintenance of the bar and restaurant.
8. Propose monthly "Wine of the Month" and other Beverage Promotions.
9. Execute Management's marketing and sales plans to the operation team and follow up action plans for sales results and set targets for crew to achieve.
10. Able to conduct Wine Tasting Session and organise Wine Tasting Events.
Requirements :
1. At least 5 years managerial role and required to be hands-on in operations with a team of junior crews.
2. Sales orientated and have a good interpersonal skill to manage the team.
3. Friendly peronality and good PR skills to interact and recruit regulars and VIPs.
4. Have good track records of improving sales in F&B outlets.
5. Must be a hands-on restaurant in-charge to work with Operations team.
6. Understand month-end stock take and inventory accoutbility.
7. Accountable for inventory wastage and discrepancy.
8. Good business acumen on improving profit margin and monthly promotions.
9. Monthly reporting to Management on outlet P&L, manpower, sales & promotions and inventory.
10. Able to report on KPIs against actual results, and improvement on the sales and propose for new avenue of revenues.
