Job Description

• Assist the Senior Chef in the operation of the department and responsible for the proper efficiency and profit functioning
• To assist Senior Chef in preparing and cooking items in the menu
• Ensure that the kitchen equipment and facilities are conformed to sanitary regulations and baking equipment and refrigerator are properly kept and cleaned
• Ensure proper storage of all perishable material accordingly to the First-in-First-Out Policy
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job duties:

• Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
• Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
• Understanding Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept
• Helping Engineers to prepare & submit plans to Authorities
• Coordinating with Project Team, design team, main contractor and consultants

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in electrical & mechanical engineering or relevant
• 2 to 4 years mechanical & electrical drafting/drawing experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software

• Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
• Budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
• Looking into strengthening current internal control and process improvement

1. Job Description:

• Responsible for the supervision, review and implement the company’s strategies and policies for all business processes in respect to the law, regulations, guidelines and compliance standards
• Advise higher management on business operations relating to compliance, policies, audits, risks and any other relevant matters
• Manage and supervise staff and identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
• Analyse internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
• Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies
• Develop and document risk management strategies on potential compliance risks
• Conduct documented investigations for non-compliance and provide recommendations to rectify as per the regulatory standards
• Conduct compliance reviews and periodical checks within the organisation and all centres to ensure regulatory requirements are in accordance to the organisation policies and procedures
• Generate compliance reports and manage risk dashboard on a timely manner
• Liaise with departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies
• Establish and carry out proper training programs for staff awareness of laws, regulations and policies
• Prepare and monitor departmental budget and tap on any available governmental grants

• 3 years of prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position

• Exposure to curating, executing and monitoring compliance systems

3. Work Schedule

5 days work week

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide first level end user support including troubleshooting, escalation of issues to vendors for quick resolution, applying upgrade/patches to computer systems installation and upgrade of computer application software, regular IT reviews, etc.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received directly from users.
• Provide a timely support to users with desktop related issues (both hardware and software).
• Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals).
• Perform basic network LAN switching troubleshooting.
• Provide proper escalation for unresolvable issues to Senior IT Executive.
• Updating of documentation of systems and manual standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are encouraged to apply.
• Foundation knowledge in managing Window Servers.
• Profound experience in network management and help desk support.
• Good practical experience of managing IT systems and applications, troubleshooting and mitigating issues.
• Foundation knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
• Additional certification (ITIL v3/4, CompTIA Network+٫ CompTIA Security+ etc.) will be an advantage.
