Job Description

Contact Centre Platforms team is responsible for the design, solutioning and implementation of IT applications for contact centres located worldwide, operate 24 by 7. The solutions involve several technology stacks – including but not limited to computer telephony integration and routing capabilities, voice & screen recording and various integration technologies with backend systems. This team aims to deliver high performance and resilient IT applications to contact centres, supported by other IT infrastructure teams such as network, info security etc.

Our current contact centre system is running on Genesys Engage on prem with Workspace Edition 8.5/9. It handles voice and SMS text channels with integration to a case and knowledge management tool that provides a single interface for contact centre agents to handle interactions with customers. We also have a screen and call recording system with speech analytics on Verint. There is on-going exercise for a next new generation contact centre platform that is scalable, flexible and nimble to support dynamic business needs, improve customer experience and effectively manage contact centre operations at an optimal cost.

We are looking for candidate who is having strong IT programming skills and with positive working attitude. This job assignment will allow you to continue strengthen your technical skills while solving the business challenges, with an ideal platform to develop your leadership skill. • Possess minimum store experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) would be ideal.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and able to multi-task

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the deliverables are in accordance with the specifications stated in the contract and completed on schedule, group logistics is managed, and health and safety measures are adhered to prepare a programme of works which shall identify all the tasks necessary.
• Travel island-wide to numerous remote locations daily.
• Carry out the supervision timely according to the programme of works and reporting of the actual progress. Coordinate all matters that require collaboration between stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the services.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, documentation, and prepare the monthly works report.
• Ensure the quality of the site services by carrying out periodic inspection of the services/works and ensuring that the Board’s instructions are carried out.
• Assist and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting of services done, and to provide updates on outstanding works/services, defects and observations.
• Manage the daily geospatial deployment, optimise the services efficiently, undertake first respondent basic troubleshooting and diagnostics services, verification, ensure upkeeping of the installation, provide competent technical services, timely reporting, monitoring of equipment health and status, and any other services for the proper functioning/assurance of the system as instructed by the Board.
• Develop competencies in the respective work groups.

Requirement:

• Minimum three (3) or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in engineering-related fields, utilities, public sector services, or maintenance-related services.
• Familiar with instrumentation fittings, hydraulic and fluid power components.
• Ability to read P&ID and piping isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices.
• Shall be able to communicate conversantly in English.
