The Driver is responsible for safe handling, efficient and timely collection/delivery of products

Job Description

1. Performing material handling and product delivery

• Execute material handling according to security procedures
• Deliver and pick up products & documents

2. Perform transportation and safety task

• Conduct safety risk assessment
• Drive safely and strictly abide to traffic regulations
• Perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance checks

3. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid class 3 driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations
• Actively address members feedback on their experiences to improve and enhance customer satisfaction
• Familiar with all campaigns, promotions and events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members
• Track and manage all data and administration requirements related to membership milestones, membership flying activities, renewals and other membership activities
• Manage and handle the entire end-to-end process and administrative requirements from membership enquiry to membership signup & onboarding of members
• Responsible for the data accuracy and completeness of the membership database and also related systems
• Answering all enquiries, concerns regarding membership
• Ensure vibrancy of the club

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of hands-on sales administration or customer service experience
• Experience in membership or Exclusive club membership
• Able to multi-task while being extremely efficient and productive in time usage
• Able to prioritise according to club & company priorities
• Team player who has proven abilities to work cross-functionally or cross-business lines
• Excellent customer service demeanour with lots of smiles.
