Full job description

• Support overall accounting functions which include preparation of finance and management reports, and costing.
• Reports, fixed assets register, bank/account payable/ accounts receivable/inventory reconciliations, stock and inventory recording and taxation matters.
• Manage all local regulatory and taxation compliance matters including tax computations, tax return submission, and tax payments/refunds, including GST and other tax matters.
• Responsible for payroll processing including liaising with payroll providers, preparing payroll, provision preparation for salary and benefit incentives, employee tax returns and HR filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as MOM, CPF, IRAS AND ACRA.
• Support in HR functions including but not limited to: processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters work pass applications.
• IT integration between restaurants, warehousing and offices.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly bookkeeping for clients
• Manage Clients' payroll for their staff which include compliance of all applicable taxes and government regulations.
• Provide in-depth accounting and financial advise to clients.
• Keep track of expenses reporting and GST application& submission of GST returns
• Prepare income tax computation for clients
• Prepare compilation of unaudited financial statements for clients

Job Responsible

• Oversee inventory management according to company guidelines.
• Ensure proper stock level and stock parts by data analysis.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct quantity of items are in stock.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
