Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines
• Meeting with other executives to discuss clients' project goals, progress and outcomes
• Developing budgets and timelines for clients and the company they work for Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Requirement:

• Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting or other relevance qualification;
• At least three years' of accountant experience, with experience in construction ispreferred;
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and good internet communication skills;
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under high pressure
• Experience with construction field is a must
