The Sales Executive for HoReCa is responsible for driving sales growth within the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients within the HoReCa sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular visits and meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Promote and demonstrate product benefits and features to clients.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Manage client accounts, including order processing, contract management, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
Customer Service & Support:
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
-Formal education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa sector.
-Strong understanding of the HoReCa market, including industry trends and client needs.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
