Requirements

• Electronics Engineering degree
• Min 10 years of sourcing responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and with at least 5 years’ experience of managing a team
• Experienced in managing ODM/EMS partners in a large scale
• Experienced in leading meeting and negotiation with senior executives
• Experience and continual success in achieving net deflation and productivity
• Proven track record in the development and management of the sourcing function via both multi-site management responsibility and multi-commodity responsibility
• APAC regional sourcing experience is a must
• Broad knowledge in managing ODM/EMS partners and direct material commodities (e.g., Electronics components, PCBA etc.)
• Possess well-rounded knowledge in strategic sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational procurement.
