About the role

Reporting to the BI Solutions Support Team Lead, this role will support internal stakeholders in Asia Pacific with all performance issues relating to back office BI applications, ensuring smooth operations while looking into potential process improvements.

Job Summary:

The Assoc Director / Senior Manager, Data and Analytics (C&B and HR Operations) will have dual roles in managing both HR data analytics /reporting supporting Compensation and Benefits and Talent programs across APAC region.
