We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As a Senior Architect (lead), you will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture

• Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $50 million and above)
• Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
• Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
