We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA. Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation.

Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications.

Candidate will need to be detail oriented, a good team player and has excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business. This is key for supporting the various S/4HANA implementation phases including Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Mock/Actual Cutovers.

Key Qualification:

· At least one FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA.

· Good understanding of Finished Goods business process

· Experience in SAP SD is a must - worked on implementations around IDOCs, Orders, Pricing, Invoicing, Outputs etc.

· Performed detail system analysis, developed functional and technical specifications and hands-on configuration experience for S/4HANA in large-scale project implementation (preferably for a global, multi-national corporation)

· Played a key SD functional role in all Testing phases and Cutover activities for S/4HANA project implementation. Experience in Test Automation, Data Migration and Data Validation tools are a big plus.

· Ability to efficiently interact with multiple organizations to successfully implement projects between multiple modules.

· Worked closely with Technical, DevOps and other teams in design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

· Willing to listen and adaptive to learn new technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

· Cross functional team experience, excellent configuration and development skills.

Job Responsibilities:

· Hands on role in Test scope definition and Test scripting. Unit Test and String Test execution after code remediation. Perform end-to-end Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Test.

· Perform Data Validation using Client's selected tools during each data migration cycle

· Coordination across multiple tracks and functions for Cutover discussion and activities

· Deep-dive analysis of issues identified throughout Testing, Business Data Validation and Cutover cycles. Work across teams for triaging issues and resolution under a time pressure.

· Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result. Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.

a) Evaluate current architecture and technology stack for the Authority’s systems, which includes system design and recommend architectural solutions to align with business goals, technical requirements and

Government policies;

b) Manage technology refresh and End-of-Service (EOS) product replacements, including planning, product exploration, recommendations and. implementations. The scope of technology management includes developing and maintaining technology roadmaps, as well as overseeing, providing guidance and supporting Authority’s appointed contractors throughout the delivery, setup, testing, and deployment phases;

c) Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for software development;

d) Conduct product and technology evaluation, including making recommendations;

e) Review existing architecture documentations to ensure all documentations are kept up to date. If required, to develop and maintain system architecture documentations;

f) Conduct knowledge sharing and training when necessary;

g) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse project and architectural requirements;

h) Monitor system performance and scalability, making recommendations for improvements on a need-be basis; and

i) Architecting and solutioning for new systems, including designing high level system architecture and developing solution and recommending implementation approaches, ensuring alignment with the Authority’s objectives and Enterprise Architect (EA).

2. The Onshore Software Architect proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Architect or equivalent position and the following experiences and qualifications:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information

Technology or equivalent would be preferred;

b) Relevant recognition and/or certification of his/her competency as an Architect;

c) Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns;

d) Track record of design and implementing large scale systems;

e) Experience with on-premises, cloud or hybrid architectures;

f) Experience and skills in the following would be advantageous:

i. Setup and implementation or technology refresh for system infrastructure such as server, network, storage, middleware, monitoring tools, etc.;

ii. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity implementation, backup & recovery processes and high availability architectures; and

iii. Cloud infrastructure and technology.

g) Knowledge on IT Governance frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT.

Onshore Cybersecurity Consultant

a) Provide cybersecurity support in system operations to ensure the compliance with Government policies, which include review, design and implementing security measure, process, controls for the Authority’s systems;

b) Review security audit reports and assessment conducted by auditors for security testing such as Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, host configurations, IT general controls, risk assessments, etc;

c) Conduct reviews, gap analysis and provide recommendations on monthly reports and reviews, ensuring the compliance of the system processes to the Authority and Government policies;

d) Monitor and follow up with known vulnerabilities and risks in the Authority’s environment and systems;

e) Conduct cybersecurity assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks in the

Authority’s systems and processes;

f) Design and follow through the implement of cybersecurity solutions in the Authority’s environment to protect against threats and attacks;

g) Review and verify that security policies, procedures, and best practices are implemented and comply with standards and guidelines by the Authority’s appointed contractors and systems;

h) Provide guidance and recommendations on cybersecurity strategies and technologies;

i) Conduct security awareness trainings to the Authority and the Authority’s appointed contractors when necessary to promote a culture of security;

j) Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting forensic analysis on a need-be basis; and

k) Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.

21. The One (1) Onshore Cybersecurity Consultant proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Consultant or equivalent position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/ Computer Engineer, Information Technology or related discipline would be preferred;

b) Good capabilities in ICT governance, security/ risk/ data management frameworks;

c) Good knowledge in ICT infrastructure, applications and web/ cloud services;

d) Qualified and certified ICT professionals such as CREST, CRISC, CGEIT and CISSP; and

e) Knowledge of cybersecurity industry standards, government cyber security policies and requirements.
