In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in IT service delivery within the framework of the business plan. As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will lead and guide the Bosch Digital (BD) team to deliver high-value IT operation and support services to our customers. Your role will involve engaging with customers, providing consultancy, and driving awareness and adoption of IT products and services.

 As Web Analyst, you contribute to digital profitable growth in the region, playing a critical role in optimizing the digital customer experience. You are responsible for full funnel behavioral analysis related to website traffic, user behavior, product performance, and sales performance across all owned digital transactional channels (.com & app). You track key metrics, generate reports, and identify trends to make data-driven recommendations for improving website functionality, user engagement, and conversion. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance the overall online shopping experience, such as A/B testing, all with the goal of increasing revenue and profit. You are responsible for driving the behavior analytics competence within the e-com team, acting as an expert user of SQL querying and extracting data from DEP.

You have strong analytical and technical capabilities with a solid understanding of web analytics metrics and KPIs. You are skilled in data interpretation with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. You are familiar with e-commerce best practices and principles, with an understanding of the total digital ecosystem. You are a clear communicator and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to implement data-informed strategies and tests.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for full funnel web analytics per market across all owned digital transactional channels (.com & app), by collecting and analyzing website performance data, traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates and user behavior to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards, summarizing key findings and presenting actionable insights to the regional digital team and other stakeholders. You support in planning, execution, and drive evaluation of A/ B and multivariate testing to evaluate the impact of changes to the website, helping to optimize features, content, and user pathways for maximum conversion.
• You perform customer segmentation and cohort analysis to understand the behavior and preferences of different customer groups, including product performance and customer experience; implementing tagging and tracking solution to ensure accurate data collection and main data integrity across various digital platforms and channels.
• Expert user for SQL and data enablement platform, point of contact for the global teams and regional digital team during data transformation and leads upskilling of the regional digital team.
• Collaborate with customer activation and marketing team, ecommerce leads, and experience leads in tracking the effectiveness of online campaigns, ROAS, performance of products and categories and customer behavior, recommending executional adjustments to improve sales, inventory management, and develop best practices.
   

General Mission:

Responsibilities:

• To assist the F&B Operations Manager / Assistant F&B Manager on various administrative work. 
• Attend the daily Food & Beverage briefing and any other meetings as required. To prepare minutes of various meetings such as Food & Beverage Bi-weekly Meetings, Christmas Meetings, etc.
• To follow up closely with our Sales and Marketing Department on pre-marketing material, working closely with the F&B Operations Manager to come up with marketing content for the department.
• To assist in printing all menus and food tags for the TASTE Restaurant, Bar & Banquet events.
• To prepare various memorandums for the Food & Beverage Department and issue them to the departments concerned.
• To reply to all emails on inquiries or assistance from other departments or external customers.
• To assist and ensure the smooth operation of the Department and to deliver a consistent quality of service according to the standard set.
• To be in attendance during the peak hours of service and to provide support and assistance to the Food & Beverage outlets, Banquet events & Service Team as and when needed.
• To report any malpractice, irregularity, or discrepancy to the F&B Operations Manager immediately.
• To have product knowledge pertaining to the restaurant. To ensure good working relationships among the supervisors and colleagues within the Department.
• To work closely with all supporting departments and to be constantly aware of the appearance, condition, and working environment of all areas within the Hotel.

Executives Concierge Core Tasks

• Accommodates all guest needs and requests with focus on guest service, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences through personalised service.
• Takes responsibility and ownerships for all resident and visitor services rendered by the Concierge section. Carries out any other duties as and when assigned by the management of the hotel and department.
• Ensures the smooth running of the Concierge section by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics as issued by Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Deals with External Stakeholders

• Arranges, coordinates and monitors limousine services to ensure all guests receive the appropriate attention from departure to arrival of the booked vehicle and that revenue is maximised without compromising the service experience and perception of the guest.
• Arranges coordinates and monitors any travel, ticket, tour, and attraction bookings as well as offsite restaurant reservations that are arranged by the Concierge section.

Deals with Internal Stakeholders

• Works with the Doormen and Porters, Reception and Raffles Service team and maintain good inter-departmental relationships, especially with Housekeeping and Butlers to ensure seamless customer service.
• Promotes in-house facilities and inter-hotel sales and maintain good inter-divisional relationships to ensure seamless customer service.
• Addresses any security incidents and guest complaints to the Lobby Manager and reacts proactively when suitable and appropriate.

Improves Quality of Product and Services

• Ensures guests receive the experience as detailed brand Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Raffles Hotel Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP) as well as Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, and aim to achieve the scores and goals set by management.
