Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Director for Commercialization and Enablement in the Products departmentto deliver the commercialization strategies for TerraPay’s products globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercialization Execution:
  Responsible for the delivery of product commercialization strategies, ensuring alignment with GTM plans and market needs. Oversee the launch of new products and the expansion of existing products into new regions with relevant stakeholders.

• Sales Enablement:
  Develop and implement sales enablement materials such as product presentations, case studies, competitive analysis, and training tools for the sales team in collaboration with various internal stakeholders. • White Papers and Thought Leadership:

Qualifications:

• ~8-12 years for Assoc Director, ~10-15 years of experience for Director of experience in product management, GTM strategy, commercialization, sales enablement, or B2B marketing roles within financial services or technology industries. The level of the successful candidate will be determined based on the relevant experience in commercialising and enabling payment capabilities and demonstrates ability to influence and navigate stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
