• Assist to provide effective management of quality teaching and learning support services to give students the best opportunity to maximise their academic potential and progress in their course
• Ensure all necessary strategies, policies and procedures are in place to assess and report on student performance and progression to key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain effective systems for management of information to meet internal and external requirements for evidence, data, and statistics reporting
• Assist with recruitment, induction, development, and performance management of teaching and academic staff, as appropriate
• Maintain essential records of academic staff mandatory for internal and external regulatory requirements
• Manage in conjunction with the Director of Academic Services, all aspects of teaching and learning process at an appropriate standard, academic standards, governance, legislative and compliance operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams and relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Experience in academic administration and/or programme management, preferably in higher education would be an advantage

The Role

• Prepare and submit all system maintenance forms to GBA daily before the cut-off time
• Prepare payment requisition
