l Provide after office hours’ standby support and for emergency recoveries, including managing major incident of critical services.

l Work with level 1 and Level 2 support in application knowledge transfer in establishing standard first level recovery process/system health check monitoring/scheduled activities as well as common application user queries.

Key Requirements

l 5-9 years of relevant experience in JAVA and Python to develop complex solutions for automation.
