Jon Description

• Maintain a high standard of internal quality control for fresh produce through efficient management of quality control.
• Ensure Quality Team conduct regular inspection as per approved specification.
• Ensure Inspector carry out inspection task in accordance to ISO/FSSC 22000 standards, HACCP & GMP requirements.
• Report to Head of Operations for overall production performances, any problems encountered and/or area of improvement.
• Conduct training and audit for Quality Assurance programs including the standard of quality required by the customer, 5S, GMP, Food Safety, hygiene etc.
• Ensure the team immediately report and submit the claims document when the arrival shipments do not meet the quality requirements.
• Ensure all employees follow the company’s SOP / procedures.
• Ensure new employees are well trained and follow procedures. To consistently providing training to existing employees toward increasing their job competency.
• To handle both customer complaints & supplier rejects and conduct investigation and make appropriate corrective measure timely.
• Liaise with authority and handle all food safety related audits.

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years working experience with track record in leading a team of 3-5.
• Trained in ISO/FSSC22000.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Willing to work 5.5 days

ServiceNow is looking for an Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing to develop, build and lead a team of regional, multi-disciplined marketing experts across key personas, industries and routes to market. From Brand to Demand to Loyalty, this role is responsible to lead integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring that the resources & investments align to company goals and APAC growth objectives for thought leadership, demand generation and pipeline acceleration. This leader will partner closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads and global marketing teams to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact across solutions and geographies.

This marketing leader will play a key role in telling the ServiceNow story as the company continues its APAC growth journey. They will serve as a key partner in this growth by continuing to build awareness for ServiceNow through effective GTM and program strategies, demand generation, and pipeline development across all routes to market. Together with their team, they will develop data-driven and scalable marketing programs for key personas, industries and partner teams to meet revenue targets and financial objectives.

The Sr. Director, APAC Integrated Marketing needs to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s domain and growing customer base to add value across field marketing campaigns that are both globally consistent and locally relevant to the target market. They will drive a collaborative partnership with regional sales and global marketing stakeholders by effectively deploying investment and leveraging data to meet and exceed targets. • Ensure Annual Income Tax for 3 entities in Singapore and Philippines are completed in a timely and efficient manner to meet filing timeline and any tax positions taken and deviation from tax provision and past year’s tax returns are discussed and followed up with relevant management.
• Ensure all other tax reporting for 3 entities in Singapore and Philippines - Advance / Monthly / Quarterly Income Tax filing are filed on time and consistent with tax provision and past year’s tax returns.
• Ensure all Indirect Tax reporting for 3 entities in Singapore and Philippines – VAT, GST, withholding tax filing are filed accurately and timely.

Receipts / Payments and Other Responsibilities

• Process hotel / interco receipts / Manage Payments for a few entities in Singapore and Philippines.
