About the role – Customer Success Associate

Be part of an evolving team of customer-centric folks whose responsibilities include hospitality service support and other service-related hospitalities to the firm’s clients. In the Customer Success team, you ensure that the Customer achieves “Success” – and in this way, all of us do, too.

The Customer Success Associate shall:

· Be the point of contact for all non-retail communications with customers;

· Serve and receive all essential information about customers’ transactions;

· Consult with the Operations and Frontliner teams to serve client needs;

· Regularly update the ERP & CRM to keep the rest of the stakeholders apprised;

· Upkeep their knowledge in the various product specifications and maintain diligence with compliance requirements;

· Maintain the “non-retail façade” of the firm on the official website and other display media; and

· Output useful reports of Customer Success efforts on a periodic basis.

About the role’s requirements

The candidate is expected to, at minimum:

· Have completed secondary education or possess 1 year of equivalent professional experience in a customer service environment;

· Be proficient in the English language, both written and spoken, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills;

· Preferably also be conversationally proficient in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia (in line with our products’ target clientele);

· Possess competent skills in chat & email composition and CRM software usage;

General Scope of Work

The incumbent will report to T&C manager and part of construction team. He will provide technical support for testing and commissioning team of Otis lifts, escalators and dumbwaiters for all projects. He will be required to provide technical training for testers to raise their technical competencies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Safety – Ensure WWJSSS implementation on site, and product safety are being checked and adhered to.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years’ similar experiences as field engineer, testing engineer, or equivalent in the lift industry.

3. Have strong technical knowledge of testing works & troubleshooting of lifts and escalators.

Leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

. Ensure all M&E works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

· Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site, including management of all M&E works and E&M subcon;

· Read and interpret M&E Drawings.

· Attend weekly site meeting with client, sub-con and/or consultant if required.

· Process Monthly payroll for employees using Opensoft for approximately 150 headcounts.

· Leave administration for e-Leave portal.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to HR department.
2. Handle tasks related to recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment contract preparation.
