About the role…

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at MustShareNews under TSL Media. In this role, you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of the social media strategy for MustShareNews, with a focus on driving audience engagement and growth across MustShareNews’s social media channels which include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social sites that arise.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience using social media to build brands, generate organic engagement, and grow social communities. You will help to drive the social team’s campaign calendar, identify performance metrics to drive innovation and provide regular performance reporting.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Develop a clear framework to drive social content optimization across MustShareNews’s social media channels which primarily include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other secondary sites where relevant
• Create and curate engaging content for the company’s social media accounts
• Ongoing monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and provide insights for optimization
• Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute best-in-class social media campaigns
• Manage and lead a team of social media executives, you will be the main point of contact forMustShareNews social media team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence stays relevant and effective

The successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, with experience leading a team of min 2 pax
• Able to produce, create and edit content
• Good understanding of social media metrics and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth on social media platforms

1. Minimum 1 to 3 Years’ experience in the ETL domain particularly using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF)
2. Hands-on working experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a must.
3. Strong understanding of ADF Pipelines,Linked Services, and Integration Runtime & Azure Cloud
4. Strong knowledge on SQL queries
5. Develop and maintain database stored procedures, views, and functions that supports ETL.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, database performance issues, database capacity issues.
7. Software development experience on Microsoft BI Platform – SSIS, SSRS, MS SQL Server
8. Development experience on Azure SQL
9. Experience on Azure DevOps
10. Knowledge on IBM DB2 and IBM LUW databases which will be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments, credit notes and etc

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or Diploma in engineering, industrial design, or mechanics tertiary program

· Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in product Design and Development

· Strong in computer aided design, or CAD. Should be comfortable with taking ideas from a conceptual level through detail design

· Able to multi-task well and manage Automation systems project

· Able to demonstrate innovative past projects through a portfolio or simple case studies

· Comfortable in structural analysis, or FEA

· Familiar with design for manufacture, or DFM

· Ideally has experience working with industrial applications of plastic and plastic part design and or test qualification

Personal characteristics:

• Analyze sales data and calculate monthly commissions for staffs, ensuring accurate and prompt payment

Requirement:
